The Wine & Wildflower Trail is a special event put on by the Texas Hill Country wineries and will be open April 4-20, 2014. This event is designed to give you an opportunity to view picturesque scenery while you sample some of the most exquisite, award-winning wines this area has to offer.

Depending on how much time you have to explore the Hill Country, you can wind your way around to as many as 38 participating wineries. It is a self-guided tour – all you need to do is check to see which wineries are open on the day(s) you will be traveling. To start out your journey, you will receive packets of wildflower seeds donated by Wildseed Farms and the Texas Department of Agriculture. You will be provided up to three complimentary samples at each winery and a 15% discount on three bottle purchases.
